Mr. Adam Smith, a British Philosopher is often considered as the father of modern economics because of his vast and uninterrupted knowledge in the field of economy. This book mainly deals with the changes occurred in the economy. It also addresses the traditions they landed, capitalists and labor types formed and dispersed national production and model the belongings of population and international trade.
The government's economic policies were questioned and modified by people like the authors who made fresh views in the twenty-first century economic thought. Through this book, the author had taken pain to make us understand the necessity of revenue of a nation, and the nature of funds etc in its large perspective. It of course is a great work indeed.

According to the author, the theory of leisure class had developed because of the barbarism and conquest of some tribes over others. Once the conquerors took control, they insisted upon intensive jobs to the conquered people which retaining the more dictating and violent work for themselves. In the view of the author, these jobs put on the conquered people did not support the society in any angle.
Veblen argues that the leisure class has been able to maintain its position through both direct and indirect coercion. They prevented members of the lower classes from owning weapons or learning how to fight. There by reserving themselves the honor of warfare. They also feel the leisure class to the other tribe. We possibly will also be aware of that the first priests and religious leaders be there as the part of the leisure class.

United States Census Figures Back to 1630 By United States Bureau of the Census

This study takes us to know the chances of getting a grade school diploma in comparison with the year 1981 to 1991 which would be an average of 5%. The study also asserts that the years and the figure may not be exact but very much near to the exact figures.
A casual study of this report will make the reader understand that the decennial U.S. Census figures are based on actual counts of persons dwelling in United Stated residential structures. They include citizens, non-citizen legal residents, non-citizen long-term visitors and illegal immigrants. Census Bureau based its decision on whom to rely on the concept of ordinary residence. According to the Census Act of 1790, the usual residence is defined as the place a person lives and sleeps most of the time. So overall the study reveals the fact that the education went down about 5% from 1981 to 1991.
