Compared to the other organs of the body brain is the most sensitive one so any slow blood flow can damage the brain cells very fast and lack of oxygen also leads to brain damages. Those who have high blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, Obesity, no physical activities, cause stroke and heart diseases. Study says that those who have faced the first stoke are likely to get the next within five years. Having good exercise, healthy diet, quit smoking reduces the risk of stroke, keep blood pressure and cholesterol under control. When a blood flow to a vessel stops through blood clotting stroke occurs and thus the brain gets damaged very fast as they are very sensitive and there by the brain starts dieing. Thus the cells of the brain die when stroke occurs and there by certain functions are stopped which is controlled or functioned by brain like speech, physical movement, and memory power. So people with small stroke face small problems like movement of leg, partial speech but with high stroke may be paralyzed or the ability to speak completely. Stroke is a brain attack as stroke affects brain ad not heart. Those who ever had a mini stroke, a major stroke, or else who are having a high blood pressure are likely to get a brain attack very soon so to prevent from such we have to take certain measures.
Most of the people don’t know they have high blood pressure because there are no signs or symptoms for this but when this gets accompanied by high cholesterol, sugar, the damage to kidney, arthritis etc starts. So it is clear that a stroke or brain attack happens when blood flow to the brain stops. In the United States of America stroke is ranking as the fourth killer. There are two types of stroke one is when there is blockage and other is bleeding to the brain. The first one is the ischemic stroke which is very common and the second type is called the hemorrhagic stroke, so in order to avoid the death due to his we have to know the warning signs and risk factors. The major signs that your brain is not receiving oxygen are sudden numbness in the leg, face or one part of your body, lack of control in walking, sever headache, lack of understanding speech and the danger signs are nausea a, vomiting ,drowsiness. These may last for a few minutes and they disappear and so they are called mini strokes. So don’t take it easy go to a doctor get your checkups and you can save a life. Some of the treatable risk factors of stroke are high blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, family history etc..
